Bangkok, March 13 (Reuter) : Sixty west Germans, 45 members of united Nations and approximately 40 different nationals—Italian; American; British; French; and canadian arrived here from Dacca, East Pakistan, this afternoon, a Germany Embassy spokesman told Reuter today.
Most of the Germans would leave tonight for Bonn while the other nationals would leave for various destinations, the spokesman said.
Earlier this week 120 West Germans and their dependents arrived in Bangkok from East Pakistan from where they were ordered to evacuate by the west German Govt.
The spokesman said this would be the last group of Germans to be evacuated from East Pakistan.
APP adds : Fifteen UN and World Bank employees and dependents of UN officials serving in East Pakistan were evacuated to Bangkok yesterday morning.
A special plane sent from West Germany left for Bangkok with 37 German citizens.
U. Thant, UN Secretary General had earlier this week authorised UN chief in Dacca a West German to evacuate his staff if necessary. Departure of 37 German nationals yesterday marked completion of evacuation of 279 German citizens from East Pakistan Earlier 242 German nationals had left East Pakistan in two batches.
About 50 Japanese nationals mostly women and children, also left for home yesterday. A special plane sent by Japanese Govt. also carried other foreign nationals including one official of Asian Development Bank. One hundred and fifty Japanese nationals left Dacca on Friday.
Mr. M.A. Salekh president Calcutta Islamiah College Old Boys Association, had urged the people in general and old boys of his Association in particular to offer financial assistance to those who were injured in the recent firing in Bangla Desh and now lying in the hospitals.
He said people of Bangladesh had responded generously to the call of the Awami League chief Mujib and contributing their mite to the fund. He said this fund would be of great help to those who had suffered in this movement.

The East Pakistan Newsprint Press Workers' Federation will bring out procession from in front of the Baitul Mukarram at 10 a.m. today. It will terminate at the Dhanmondhi residence of Sheikh Mujib.
According to a press release of the Federation, the members of the Federation have been asked to obstain from their duties from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today so that all of them can participate in the procession.

The chief of the Pakistan National League Mr. Ataur Rahman Khan called on the Awami League chief Sheikh Mujib on Friday and remained with him for sometime, reports PPI.
He was accompanied by his younger brother Khan Mohammad Shamsur Rahman.

Khan Abdul Wali Khan, who arrived in Dacca yesterday afternoon told newsmen later that there was no two opinions in west wing about the four point demands made by Mujib.
The NAP chief who will meet Mujib this morning told a questioner "is there anybody in the country who does not want that martial law should be lifted and power should be transferred to the elected representatives of the people". The whole process is for transfer of power and lifting of ML, he said.
Khan Wali, who had been in England for some time for treatment, said that he received an urgent message in London from the president to come back my first port of call is Dacca.
Khan Wali said that during his stay in England he was completely out of touch with the developments in the country and had "come here to assess the situation" and talk to mujib. He said that he would meet Mujib (today), "I have come with a completely open mind"; he said a questioner and added. "I have no met him (Mujib) since the election.
The NAP Chief agreed with a newsman that " things have deteriorated very fast' in the country and described the postponement of the National Assembly session for March 3 as mostunfortunate". He said that the "present crisis is so delicate" that it touches the question of integrity of the country."
Khan Wali said it was a national trust on the elected representatives to frame a constitution. "We can talk like brothers about the constitutional issues in the NA, he said.
Responding to a question on the general reaction among the people in w.wing about the recent development in Bangladesh; Wali said that there existed "quite a lot of eagerness" among the people there and they appreciate the difficulties of the people here.

PIA refusal to carry valid ticket-
These Bengalees came home on leave from Baharuin, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, etc. on defferent occasions and most of them got ready with duly confirmed PIA tickets to undertake their return journey.
Failing to avail PIA flight a number of such Bengalees with valid tickets are now stranded in different city hotels because they were allegedly not allowed to board the plane at Dacca Airport. The journey was denied to them when the PIA plane continued flying hundreds of others to Karachi and when PIA authorities made claim over radio of maintaining normal interwing flight.

The second phase of non-
From March 2 March 6 complete hartal was observed throughout the province on the directivies of the Awami League high command. In his Race course rally speech Mujib had granted exemptions to a number of organisations with specific directives, these derectives were carried out in full.
The provincial secretariat, autonomus bodies, High Court, subordinate courts, other government establishments and educational institutions remained closed. The most unusual procession that was brought out yesterday was by the launch Sramik Union. They brought out a procession on board a number of launches shouting slogans in favour of Mujib.
The procession began from Narayanganj and passed through Madanganj, Munshiganj, before terminating at Demra.
Black flags continued to fly atop all public, private buildings and on all moving vehicles as a mark of protest against the killing of the unarmed people of Bangladesh.
All communication systems including road, railway and river transport functioned normally within Bangladesh.
The domestic services of PIA did resume its flights, the interwing flights are being maintained by PIA staff brought from Lahore and Karachi. It is learnt the daily sale proceeds are taken to West Pakistan.
The postal and telephone and telegraph departments are working within Bangladesh.

The commercial banks are functioning ordered by Mujib. For three days, from Wednesday to Friday, four commercial banks did not go to the clearing home.
These four commercial banks with their headquaters in West Pakistan ran short of cash and are learnt to have asked for money from their respective head offices.
Both Dacca Betar Kendra and Dacca TV Kendra are asking under the directives of Mujib.
In the absence of steady flow of canned programmes from its head office at Islamabad the Dacca TV Kendra has renewed the length of its transmission, Dacca TV. remains on the air for two and a half hours instead of four hours.
Sheikh Mujib, last night deplored the promulgation of another Martial Law order and said that promulgation of such orders could only serve as provocations to the people.
Mujib in statement urged the authorities concerned to desist from such provocation action. He said that " the people will continue their struggle despite all such attempts at intimidation, for they know that now force can withstand the strength of a united people.
