Rawalpindi, May 1 (APP): In a bid to win or world sympathy India has mounted a campaign
to publicie the so-
Official sources said heretoday that the twin Indian objective in publicizing imaginary figures of the influx is to internationalise the issue and to explain away the presence armed infiltrators who are now fleeing back to their bases in West Bengal.
The refugees are in fact, Indian "prodigals" returning home or the infiltrators who are on the run following successful operation by the Pakistan Army.
They pointed out that West Bengal under the best of circumstances has a large floating population and hundred of thousands sleep on the pavements in Calcutta as a matter of daily routine.
To any unsuspecting foreign visitors these could be shown as refugees from across the border.
