Procession in various towns support army steps to save country

People in different towns of the province continued to bring out peace processions expressing support to the Pakistan Army in their attempt to save the country from the anti-state elements and also condemning India's unholy move towards undoing Pakistan by sending armed infiltrators and encouraging the miscreants in all possible manner, reports PPI.

According to reports reaching Dacca from various places peace processions were so far brought out in Comilla, Rangpur, Jessore, Khulna and Chandpur towns, The provincial capital pioneered the move by bringing out a huge peace procession for the time in the recent happenings.

Organised by peace committee of the respective town and city the processionists paraded the roads and streets raising slogans of "Pakistan Zindabad", "President Yahya Zindabad," "Nara-e-Takbir, Allahu  Akbar" and "Down with India and her agents". They also carried big portraits of the Quaid-e-Azam and many miniature national flags besides huge placards inscribed with the slogan of "Crush India". "Do Not Listen to Rumours", "Pakistan has Come to Stay", etc.

At some places the processionists later converged into a meeting where speakers highly eulogized the timely step taken by the Pakistan Army to protest the life, honour and property of the patriotic and peace-loving people from the misdeeds of the Indian infiltrators and miscreants.

While lending full support to the Pakistan Army in their laudable efforts to protect the solidarity and integrity of the country at this critical juncture of its history, The speakers launched virulent attack on the false and mischievous propaganda of the Indian propaganda machinery against Pakistan. Affirming that Indian leadership had never accepted the existence of Pakistan and been making all efforts to undo her at the very inception, vehemently condemned India's latest move against Pakistan by supplying arms to the anti-state elements and by destroying strategic means of East Pakistan's economic infra-structure through the armed infiltrators.

They expressed the determination of the people to fight to the last drop of their blood against the enemies shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan Army to prove anew that Pakistan has come to stay and Inshah Allah no force could undo it till one of her patriotic sons is alive on her soil.

Condemning the vain Indian attempt to inernationalise the internal affairs of Pakistan by blatant interference and her move of confrontation with Pakistan the speakers warned Indian leadership that they would alone remain responsible for their evil designs.

They also cautioned the people against the misdeeds of anti-state and anti social elements and called upon the people to cooperate with our military authorities in dealing with these anti-people elements with an iron-hand.
