Adequate stock of foodgrains in province

There is adequate stock of foodgrains in the province and that there is no cause of undue worry or alarm, said Mr. Manzur Murshed, secretary of Food Department, Government of East Pakistan in a broadcast from Radio Pakistan, Dacca last night.

He said as communication is getting restored foodgrains are being moved from the main storage points to different consuming centres of the province to meet any shortage that may occur at any particular place.
