Lahore, Sept. 7(APP): Mian Mumtaz Muhammad Khan Daultana, president of the Pakistan Council Muslim League, Yesterday said the country would emerge much stronger out of the present crisis which is not the result of any internal politics but due to the well prepared and planned Indian conspiracies.

Main Mumtaz Daultana said that that Indian leaders had been conspiring against Pakistan since its birth and would continue doing so in future too, but the valiant Armed Forces and people of Pakistan would always frustrate their evil designs as they had done in September 1965 and again during the past few months in East Pakistan.
Paying tribute to the Armed Forces the Council Muslim League Chief said that their achievements and deeds of history not only of Pakistan but also in that of the whole Islamic world. The latest addition to the list of the heroes of the Armed Forces was that of pilot officer Rashid Minhas who fell martyr for the Nations prestige and glory in an unprecedent way. Mian Daultana said Rashid Minhas sacrifice had imbied a new spirit in nation's youth and they had reaffirmed their faith in Pakistan and the glory of Islam.
As long the ideology on the basis of which Pakistan was established remained strong the nation would continue producing heroes like Rashid Minhas Shaheed and no power on earth would succeed in its nefarious plans against Pakistan, Mian Daultana added.
He also paid tributes to the patriotic people of East Pakistan. who is said, had to make great sacrifices to preserve the national sovereignty and integrity. He said the people of East Pakistan were as much Patriotic as people of any other province. A very limited number of people were swayed by the Indian agents in that wing through regional slogans and that was too because the organizations having faith in the Pakistan ideology were not united and the enemy's agents took advantage of this disunity.
The council Muslim League president hoped that after the meeting of the central council of his party in Karachi next week the nation would move towards having an organization which would have its roots in the masses and which would launch a sincere and effective campaign from Peshawar to Chittagong to imbibe the same Islamic spirit in the nation as was before and at the time of independence.

Maulvi Farid Ahmed, president of the Pakistan peace and welfare council, said in Dacca yesterday that the solution of the present problem confronting the nation, depended much on the development of mind by the West Pakistani leaders to accept the East Pakistani leadership and the legitimate demands of the province, reports PPI.
In a statement made to PPI yesterday morning the peace council chief said that though peace and normalcy continued, the country was currently passing through a crisis of confidence, and that this crisis could only be overcome by creating an atmosphere of confidence.
He said he had visited even the remotest areas of West Pakistan in many of his mass contact tours, and the experiences of these tours had made him absolutely confident that the West Pakistani masses were very much with their downtrodden brethren of East Pakistan in their weal and woe. They are ready to make any sacrifice to safeguard the interest of their East Pakistani brethren, he said.
Maulvi Farid Ahmed accused the West Pakistani leaders for not helping further solidification of this mutual trust and understanding among the masses. He said, instead, of cementing further the brotherly bonds of unity between the people of East and West Pakistan, the selfish leaders continued to play them up against each other in the pursuits of their petty political ends. Without mentioning anybody by name, he said unless the selfish leaders of West Pakistan developed mind to accept East Pakistani people and their grievances as their own. They would simply continue to give their disservice to the nation,
Making his own analysis of the country's present situation, he said that the sense of frustration and deprivation which had developed among East Pakistani people over the past 24 present problem (has arisen). A section of people he said had already gone impatient and decided in favour of secession as a solution. While a vast majority firmly believed that the fulfillment of their demands lay in United Pakistan.
Crisis of confidence
But he said, both the categories were presently passing through a crisis of confidence. Maulvi Farid considered the creation of an atmosphere of confidence as the foremost task in this state of affairs, and said in doing so the West Pakistani leaders must share the feelings of west Pakistani People by developing in them a mind to accept the East Pakistani leadership and also to put in their best to redress to grievances of East Pakistani people.
Giving his own explanation of what The Government could do in this respect, the former central labour Minister, advocated that for creations the desired atmosphere of confidence, East Pakistan must be given proper share in the country's administrative machinery by position. East Pakistani officers as inspector General of Police, chief secretaries and other important administrators in the provinces of West Pakistan.
More East Pakistanis should be recruited where ever recruitment was made and the provinces representation in the central set up should also be raised from the present position, he said. He added that if things move in this process until a people's will find its own solution in the normal course.
All praise
Maulvi Farid Ahmad who returned to Dacca the other day after an eight day tour of West Pakistan was all praise for the people of West Pakistan for their concern and anxiety about the well being of their East Pakistani brethren.
Turning to the economic question, he said that the economy of West Pakistan was almost
